LASL Lean Foundations offers staff on the floor in systematic approach and technique they need to know and actively participate in the continuous improvement process and sustain the Lean culture you are creating in your organization.

The module delivered by a team of LASL Lean experts with brilliant qualifications who are open to backing your company as you shadow your Lean journey, this module you can include in each and every employees orientation.

The participants in the Lean Foundations module are familiarized to the base of Lean methodology and principles through a combination of lectures, presentations, and group events during 8-hour sessions held over three consecutive days. This could be a grit start in your lean Journey, invest one week, and get your teams all speaking the one lean language.

The topics covered include a broad introduction to core Lean principles, value stream mapping, problem-solving, workplace organization, and all of the basics your staff need to continuously improve efficiency and quality in your organization.
